    Day 10: Creamed Eggs Au Gratin on Toast

It’s absurdly simple. I combined hard-boiled eggs with Béchamel sauce, fresh herbs, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, along with chopped softened shallots. Panko bread crumbs were then sprinkled on top along with additional butter. I then baked it and then broiled it to allow for a golden crust on top.

Served on toast, it makes a nice sandwich.
