    Day 16: Broiled Scallops with Persillade and Lasagna Rolls

Persillade is a coating of chopped parsley and garlic. While it’s usually put on rack of lamb, the flavor blends well with the taste of scallops. Here the scallops were simply broiled with the covering, cooking until the covering was browned.

The lasagna rolls were simply a repeat of an earlier recipe in the blog, first one I believe.
